This announcement follows the one made by GFSI on 22 December that International Featured Standards (IFS) appealed its suspension for three months.
The GFSI Appeal Committee met on 13 February to consider the appeal from IFS in line with due process.
The Appeal Committee voted unanimously to maintain the suspension.
The decision of the Appeal Committee is final.
