A dedicated link for room reservation will be available when registrations open. Rooms will be booked on a first come, first served basis.

Delegates are encouraged to verify visa requirements for their country of citizenship prior to travel. If you need an invitation letter for your visa application, please contact us.

Our team will welcome you starting Monday, 31st March. Delegates are invited to register at the Welcome Desk upon arrival. The Welcome Desk will be open at the following times:

• Monday 31st March 07.00 – 09.00 for discovery tour participants only
• Monday 31st March 17.00 – 19.00
• Tuesday 1st April 07.00 – 19.00
• Wednesday 2nd 07.00 – 17.00
• Thursday 3rd April 08.00 – 13.00

The dress code for business sessions and evening social events is smart casual. For communication and security purposes, please wear your badge at all times, including during official dinners and cocktails.

Simultaneous interpretation into languages other than English will be provided if requested by 10 or more delegates.

The CGF Events app is your exclusive tool for networking with fellow delegates and accessing event information both before and during the Conference. Event access will be available through the app prior to the start of the Conference

The Conference Roundup with recap all of the sessions and will be emailed to delegates after the Conference and made available on the website.

Your feedback is crucial for us to better understand your needs. We will ask you to rate the speakers daily through an online questionnaire. After the event, please take five minutes to complete a more general online evaluation questionnaire, helping us to better serve your needs in the future.

Speakers’ presentations will be available after the submission of the evaluation questionnaire. Please note that the availability of presentations is entirely at the speakers’ discretion.
