The CGF has negotiated a number of rooms at The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta, at preferential rates for GFSI Conference participants, available until 9th March 2023, or until the contingency is sold out, whichever comes first.
The dedicated link for room reservation will be available when registrations open towards October. Rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Consumer Goods Forum team will welcome you to the GFSI Conference as of Tuesday 26th April 2023. Delegates are invited to register at the Welcome Desk upon arrival.
The Delegates’ Welcome Desk at The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta will be open:
- Tuesday 25th April from 07.00 – 19.00.
- Wednesday 26th April from 07.00 – 19.00.
- Thursday 27th April from 07.00 – 13.00.
Smart casual for the business sessions and evening social events.
For communication and security reasons, you are requested to wear your badge at all times.
Plenaries, Breakouts & Special Sessions take place at The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided into languages other than English if it is requested by 10 or more delegates.

The CGF Events app is our exclusive tool for you to network will fellow delegates and access event information before and during the Conference.
Access to the event will be available before the Conference starts.
An Executive Summary of the plenary sessions will be sent by email to delegates after the Conference and will also be made available on the GFSI website.
Speakers’ presentations will be available after you finish completing our evaluation questionnaire. Availability of presentations is entirely at the discretion of the speakers.
It is very important for us to get your feedback on this conference to better understand your needs. We will ask you to rate the speakers after each day via an online questionnaire. After the event, we will ask you for five minutes of your time to fill in a more general online evaluation questionnaire so that we can better serve your needs in the future.
