Delegates are invited to check visa requirements for their country of citizenship before travel. If you require an invitation letter for a visa, please contact us.
Conference Language
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided into languages other than English if it is requested by 10 or more delegates.
Dress Code
Smart casual for the business sessions and evening social events.
Badges
For communication and security reasons, you are requested to wear your badge at all times, including official dinners and cocktails.

The Consumer Goods Forum team will welcome you to the GFSI Conference as of Monday 8th April. Delegates are invited to register at the Welcome Desk upon arrival. The Delegates’ Welcome Desk at The Marina Bay Sands, Singapore will be open:
- Monday 8th April 08.00 – 09.30 for discovery tour participants only
- Monday 8th April 17.00 – 19.00
- Tuesday 9th April 07.30 – 19.00
- Wednesday 10th 08.00 – 19.00

The CGF Events app is our exclusive tool for you to network with fellow delegates and access event information before and during the Conference. Access to the event will be available before the Conference starts.
After the Conference
Executive Summary
An Executive Summary of the plenary sessions will be sent by email to delegates after the Conference and will also be made available on the GFSI website.
Evaluation Questionnaire
It is very important for us to get your feedback on this conference to better understand your needs. We will ask you to rate the speakers after each day via an online questionnaire. After the event, we will ask you for five minutes of your time to fill in a more general online evaluation questionnaire so that we can better serve your needs in the future.
Speakers’ Presentations
Speakers’ presentations will be available after you finish completing our evaluation questionnaire. Availability of presentations is entirely at the discretion of the speakers.
