New Stakeholder Consultation Open: Freshcare

GFSI is opening a new stakeholder consultation on the outcome of a benchmarking assessment against the GFSI Benchmarking Requirements Version 2020.1.

Freshcare, who first achieved GFSI recognition in February 2020, carefully prepared edition 4.2 of their food safety and quality standard to maintain recognition as GFSI issued a new more challenging version of their Benchmarking Requirements. We are very pleased for Freshcare to have reached such an advanced stage of the Benchmarking Process, and to submit the outcome of this process to your scrutiny.

Why a Consultation?
Open stakeholder consultations are an important step in this process to ensure the greatest transparency and objectivity, and are conducted after the desktop self-assessment review and the office visit led by an independent benchmark leader.
