Opportunities for public-private partnerships abound at the 2022 GFSI Conference.
What role does the food industry have in protecting public health — including the health of the world’s most vulnerable people? At the GFSI Conference in Barcelona next month, representatives of the World Health Organization will offer some answers to this question and invite food safety professionals to join their global mission.
WHO is one of many multilateral and public sector organisations that will be joining the conversation at GFSI 2022. We’ll also hear from other intergovernmental agencies, such as the Food and Agriculture Association and the Codex Alimentarius Commission, as well as from national regulatory bodies including the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the German Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety.
Few platforms offer such extensive opportunities for collaboration between the public and private sectors on food safety. Join us in Barcelona next month to help bridge the gap, form public-private partnerships and create lasting change!
