全球食品安全倡议（GFSI）发布了其立场文件《食品安全文化》的中文译本

本版《GFSI立场文件》（第二版）通过纳入2018年以来的最新学术研究成果和利益相关方反馈，进一步完善了食品安全文化的全球框架。该文件明确了GFSI作为基准制定机构的角色，即界定“是什么”——食品安全的核心维度，而“如何做”——具体的工具和实施方法——则交由行业专家和各企业自行决定。
