Café Malongo

The perfect pairing for Florian sweets is Malongo coffee, which has been roasted in Nice since the 1930s. On a guided tour of Malongo’s roasting facilities, you’ll learn how Malongo has adapted to the globalised market by adhering to strict standards for safety, sustainability and ethics.


As we proceed through Nice’s twentieth-century history we reach the age of the supermarket, a shopping experience that the multinational hypermarket chain Carrefour has helped to grow since its first shop opened in 1960. At a local branch in Nice, you’ll see how Carrefour remains at the cutting edge of retail.
